Depending on your symptoms, you may or may not need medical attention. If you do need medical attention, consider a nurseline or telehealth.

We now have two survey documents available for self-reporting in our community. The first document is only for people experiencing COVID-like symptoms (such as cough, fever, or shortness of breath).
