Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing
For electronic bid and proposal submissions, all bids/proposals must be submitted via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) at the bidnet direct website. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that electronic bids/proposals are submitted prior to closing time. The Procurement Department does not have access or control of the vendor side of RMEPS. If website or other problems arise during response submission, vendor MUST contact RMEPS to resolve issue prior to the response deadline at 800-835-4603. Electronic bids/proposals shall be uploaded as a single PDF file. Learn how to use Bidnet.
