On January 26, 2024, the committee Coalition for Responsible Education for Re-2 submitted the petition to recall Tony May from the office of Garfield County No. Re-2 School Board Director E to the Garfield County Clerk & Recorder’s office. The sufficiency of the petition was protested, the time for review and resignation has passed.
