Approximately 30,000 notices were mailed out to property owners on Jan. 24.

Notice to mobile and modular homeowners
If you did not receive a property tax bill for 2022 taxes due and payable in 2023, the value of your mobile or modular home may be less than $28,000. In 2022, House Bill 22-1233 was signed into law exempting from property tax a mobile or modular home that falls under this threshold. If you believe you should have received a property tax bill but did not, please call us at 970-945-6382 or email us.
