Treasurer is working through COVID-19
The Treasurer’s Office will continue to accept property tax payments online and in the drop box downstairs. If there is a need, customers may call in for assistance, and we can make a plan for services on a case by case basis. The office will continue to do most business online, by phone, and drop box. Property tax notices are in the mail
Garfield County property tax notices are in the mail, and residents can expect them in the coming days. Approximately 30,000 notices were mailed out to property owners on Jan. 22. Senior citizens with questions regarding the Senior Exemption or Homestead Exemption programs, should contact the Garfield County Assessor’s Office.
