Sept. 25 planning commission hearing canceled

The public hearing is being rescheduled, all public comments remain in the packet

The Garfield County Planning Commission public hearing scheduled for September 25 regarding the Spring Valley PUD Amendment – Substantial Modification application has been canceled. The cancellation was requested by the applicant and the hearing is being rescheduled.

The application is still under review, and a future hearing requires that the applicant meet all the noticing requirements and re-notice the rescheduled public hearing. All public comments received to date remain in the packet for the planning commission’s review.

Updates will be posted on the Garfield County Community Development web page once the rescheduled public hearing date is set.
