Precinct notification letters
Letters are being sent on December 22 to voters in New Castle and Carbondale detailing precinct boundary line changes, which take effect prior to the 2018 caucuses. The same day, additional letters are going to voters that have moved asking them to update their voter registration information with correct addresses. This is for voters whose 2017 ballots were returned, but had forwarding addresses that were provided by the United States Postal Service.
