House Bill 17-1349 was signed into law by the Governor on June 5th of this year. This law changes the residential assessment rate from 7.96% to 7.2% of actual value on residential properties. Click here to see how this will affect your tax bill.

The Senior and Veteran’s property tax exemptions have been funded by the Colorado legislature for tax year 2017.
