Online Database

The new assessor's online database is located at the link above. You may also access the clerk and recorder database as well as the treasurer database from the link above. The assessor's database gives you "up-to-the-minute" information regarding property in Garfield County. The second we make a change to property information, it is updated on this database. You may use the public login or become a registered user. Registered users will have access to reports that are coming to the online database in the future. At present, we do not have a "property record card" that allows you to print out property information on a one page sheet.

Comparable Sales Search (Looking for comparable sales - this is the guide! The sales search screen has the sales dates of our new appraisal period between January 1, 2009 and June 30, 2010; but may be used for any time period.
