Property tax information
Annual payment dates*

1st half payment February 28
2nd half payment June 15
Full payment April 30

*If a payment date falls on a non-business day, the date is extended to the next business day. Note: If you have not received your tax notice by the middle of February each year, please contact our office.

Payment may be made by cash, check, wire transfer, debit card or credit card.

Payments that are received after the due date will be accepted provided the payment is postmarked by the date it was due.

Delinquent taxes will be accepted in the normal manner subject to the following exceptions:

Real estate
After September 1, taxes must be paid with cash, certified funds or money order unless prior arrangements are made with the treasurer's office. Note – If the property is subject to a prior tax lien sale, the certificate holder may pay the delinquent taxes and add the delinquent amount to the tax sale certificate.
