Sale time and location Sales are scheduled for 10 am Wednesdays in the office of the Garfield County Public Trustee, Garfield County Courthouse, 109 8th Street, Suite 204, Glenwood Springs, CO.
NOTICE TO AN OWNER IN FORECLOSURE:
If your property goes to foreclosure auction sale and is purchased for more than the total owed to the lender and to all other lien holders, please contact the Garfield County Public Trustee's office after the sale, because you may have funds due to you.
Security All persons entering the Garfield County Courthouse are required to pass through a security screening before being admitted to the building. Please allow adequate time for security screening.
Registration Persons interested in attending the sale either as a spectator or bidder must register in the office of the public trustee prior to the commencement of the sale.
Payment Successful bidders must be prepared to tender certified funds for the full amount of their bid by 11 am the day of the sale. Failure to fund by that time will cause the sale to be awarded to the next highest bidder.
