Free one and a half hour suicide prevention trainings throughout September

Each Tuesday evening in September, the Aspen Hope Center and the Garfield County Suicide Prevention Coalition will be presenting free suicide prevention courses for the community. In an hour and a half, participants will learn the signs of depression and suicidal behavior, how to approach someone you think is at risk, and how to get them to help. The class uses practical, evidence-based approaches to help prevent suicide. Participants will receive a pocket-sized prevention booklet. Light refreshments will be served.
