Garfield County is part of the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System, which is a bid notification system being utilized by several agencies within the Rocky Mountain area. Participating agencies post their bids, quotes, requests for proposal, construction notices, addendums and awards all on this one centralized system!
The Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System will save Garfield County time and money by reducing printing, postage and mailing costs to send you the appropriate bids you are interested in.
All vendors who wish to do business with the (Garfield County) are encouraged to register on this system.
Vendors who have Internet access should review their registration options online by visiting www.govbids.com, then click on the link to the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System.
If you do not have Internet access, please call BidNet technical support department. They can be reached at (800) 677-1997. To expedite your request, please ask for the Rocky Mountain Support Department.

MISSION STATEMENT
The Contract Administrator, on behalf of all County Departments, is responsible for procuring high quality goods, materials, equipment and services at reasonable cost in a timely manner. The Contract Administrator is responsible for maintaining an open and competitive environment to ensure that all qualified buyers and sellers have access to County business and that all procurement actions are conducted fairly and impartially in the best interest of Garfield County.
