Building Inspection Line:

Please call 970-384-5003 to set up an inspection with the Building Department, and follow the instructions. Calls received prior to 3:30pm on a regular business day will be inspected in the following business day.

Carbon Monoxide Alarm Requirement:

Effective July 1, 2009, all new construction, remodels and additions are required to install CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS. Click here to view the State House Bill.
