However, Tyler Technology and the Garfield County Clerk and Recorder's office are unable to warrant any of the information herein contained.

You can view micro-fiche from September 12, 1975 to 1988 in our office at the Garfield County Courthouse, in room 200. We also have records in historical books dating from 1883 to 1975.

Duties of the Clerk and Recorder's office
The Clerk & Recorder's office is responsible for voter registration, the conducting of all primary, general, and November coordinated elections, motor vehicle titling and registration, real estate and other recordings, marriage licenses, birth and death records, liquor licenses and recording the proceedings of the Board of County Commissioners.
