The Garfield County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has retained Peckham & McKenney, an executive search firm specializing in local government, to conduct a search for a new county manager.

On January 3, 2012, the BOCC named Andrew Gorgey the Acting County Manager.  Mr. Gorgey also serves as the Garfield County Attorney.
