This is a large file and may take a minute or longer to load depending on the speed of your computer.  This is a listing and current disposition of foreclosures currently being processed by the Public Trustee.

There are nine tabs at the bottom of the page that will open.

• The First tab is a listing of properties scheduled for the NEXT SALE.  Use this sheet for inforamtion as to the status and opening bid amounts.
• The Second tab is a listing of all sales by SALE NUMBER.  Use this sheet to find the most information.
• The Third tab is a listing of sales by OWNER'S NAME.  Use this tab if you know the owner's name and then refer back to the SALE NUMBER tab.
• The Fourth thru Ninth tabs are LISTINGS BY TOWNS (zip codes).  Properties for each town are listed alphbetically by street name.  Use this tab to search for properties within a specific town and then refer back to the SALE NUMBER tab.

This listing is updated at the end of any day whenever a new file is added or a change is made to a file.

This is graph depicting the number of foreclosures processed by the Public Trustee for each year from 1980 through the current time.  It also projects the anticipated number of foreclosures for the current year based on the number opened so far this year.

STATUS OF 2010 FORECLOSURES BY LOCATION Updated 08/27/10

These graphs show number, dollar amount and status by zip code for the foreclosures opened in 2010.
