SECURITY

All persons entering the Garfield County Courthouse are required to pass through a security screening before being admitted to the building. Please allow adequate time for security screening.

REGISTRATION

Persons interested in attending the sale either as a spectator or bidder must register in the office of the public trustee prior to the commencement of the sale.

PAYMENT

Successful bidders must be prepared to tender certified funds for the full amount of their bid by 11:00 a.m. the day of the sale. Failure to fund by that time will cause the sale to be awarded to the next highest bidder.
