Meeting Schedule
The Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) typically meet the first three (3) Mondays of the each month.
As necessary, in the case of a holiday, the following Tuesday or the fourth (4th) Monday of the month also serve as an alternate meeting date.
All BOCC meetings typically commence at 8:00 a.m. and are held in the Commissioner's meeting room, Room 100 in the Courthouse Plaza Building.

If you wish to present an item to the Board of County Commissioners at their regularly scheduled Board Meeting you can complete the Request Form below and fax it to Dawn Burgess at (970) 945-7785. If you have questions, please call (970) 945-5004.
Board meetings begin at 8:00 a.m. with a time for anyone not on the agenda to make a short statement. This is offered again at the beginning of the afternoon session at 1:00 p.m.
