Mission statement
The contract administrator, on behalf of all County departments, is responsible for procuring high quality goods, materials, equipment and services at reasonable cost in a timely manner. The contract administrator is responsible for maintaining an open and competitive environment to ensure that all qualified buyers and sellers have access to County business and that all procurement actions are conducted fairly and impartially in the best interest of Garfield County.
