Save the Date! - 4th Annual Caregiver Conference - June 20, 2012

Mission

The Senior Programs mission is to promote the independence, dignity, good health and nutritional well-being of seniors sixty and older in Garfield County, along with linking seniors and the disabled with independent lifestyles through mobility.

The Senior Programs consist of a nutrition program and a transportation program through RFTA.

These programs are available through cooperative and financial efforts of: Garfield County Department of Human Services, The City of Rifle, Valley View Hospital, the NW Colorado Area Agency on Aging, Town of New Castle, Town of Parachute, Town of Silt, City of Glenwood Springs, Colorado Mountain College, Roaring Fork Transportation Authority, grants and client contributions.
