Garfield County Fair, July 30 — August 5, 2012
The fairgrounds complex is the site of the Garfield County Fair. Information on the events and activities for the fair is available at www.garfieldcountyfair.com.
The Garfield County Fairgrounds, located in Rifle, Colorado, consists of a 225' x 140' indoor arena, a 250' x 150' outdoor arena, 196 stalls, and 3 meeting rooms/banquet halls. The facility hosts a wide variety of events throughout the year.
Agricultural events include team roping, barrel racing, and bullriding. The facility is also used for many 4-H and other youth functions and houses the CSU extension office.
The fairgrounds also hosts other diverse events such as job fairs and expos, private parties and banquets, and carnivals and concerts.
