Online database

The Garfield County Assessor's Eagle Web online database gives you "up to the minute" information regarding property in Garfield County. The second we make a change to property information, it is updated on this database.

You may use the public login or become a registered user. Registered users will have access to reports that are coming to the online database in the future. At present, we do not have a "property record card" that allows you to print out property information on a one page sheet.

Tips for navigating the online database:

• Online database search tips (beginner's guide)

• Subarea descriptions (to be used with the area tab of the models, and with the building sketches).

• County road names and numbers (a guide that gives you the county road numbers and the names they are also called by. This is great for searching by address.)

• Comparable sales search (Looking for comparable sales - this is the guide! The sales search screen has the sales dates of our new appraisal period between January 1, 2009 and June 30, 2010; but may be used for any time period. Simply enter the sales dates that you wish to look at in the sales screen. Call us anytime you have a question at 970-945-9134, we will be glad to help.)
